TC-T Economy Creation
- Strip the cable back 3/4 of an inch.
- Clamp the end of the stripped wire with a pin vise and hold the wires with the TC-T economy holder near the insulation.
- Use a pin vise to hold the TC-T economy holder closed.
- Twist the pin vise until there are 7-8 twists in the wires.
- Solder the wires together.
- Align the cable with the ruler as shown above.
- Cut the cable lead to 3/8 inch (.375).
- TC-T tee then cut the lead to 1/4 inch (.250).
- If the cable is for a LN manifold then cut the lead to 5/8 inch (.625).
- Check model to insure the lengths.
- Nip off the end of the wires to the directed length as imaged above.
- Cut a 3/4 inch piece of 1/16 inch 2:1 heatshrink.
- Use the imaged tools to spread out the end of the heatsrink in order to slide over the wires.
- Using the heat gun, heat up the heatshrink around the twisted wires.
