1. Cut 1/4 rod piece to be 16 inches long.
2. Use bender to bend 90 degree angle in rod which makes the phase separator rod.
3. Stick in rod clamp block and tighten with 10-32 x 3/4 screws and 10-32 drop ins, as well as a 6-32 screw.
