- Usually, the servo connector pins should point downstream, and the plug's port-sealing O-ring should face upstream.
- Thus, the port O-ring usually faces away from the servo pins. Exceptions occur when the downstream chamber volume must be minimized.
- Align the hole in the valve stem with the hole in the coupling.
- Secure them together by driving the spring pin to flush with the coupling.
