LN Tube Sleeve Creation

Before removing the LN tube from the system, mark the length needed for the tube sleeve

1. with the LN tubes in the "up" position, mark 0.25 in away from the bottom the bottom of the IPS stop
2. measure the distance from the end of the tube to 0.25 in outside for the tube grip at the GR FTC. Mark this distance on a piece of tape or on a ruler. Do not mark the LN tube, this distance will be the same for all tubes.

Measure a piece of tubular shoelace black 7/16

1. Push the LN tube through the shoelace to the mark for the IPS stop distance. Pull the shoelace until it is snug on the tube.
2. On the other end, pinch the sleeve at the distance for the GR FTC.
3. Remove the tube from the sleeve.
4. Push a metal rod through the sleeve, then use a hot knife to cut it to length.

Put the sleeve back onto the LN tube and secure each end with a ziptie.

• do not over tighten the ziptie, tighten it enough to allow the sleeve to be shifted but otherwise stay in place.
