  2. T0009: 0.125 drill
  3. T0011: 0.078 end mill, 3-flute
  4. T0015: 1/8 end mill, 2-flute
  5. T0016: 0.25 end mill, 2-flute
  6. T0017: 3/8 end mill, 2-flute
  7. T0018: 1/2 end mill, 2-flute
  8. T0021: 1 x 4 end mill, 2-flute
  9. T0023: 0.180 drill


Stock (inches)

  1. Blank: 11.75 x 3.0 x 5.75

Finished dimensions (inches)

  1. Lid: 11.5 x 2.75 x 1.25, w/ 0.1875 holes
  2. Body: 11.5 x 2.75 x 4.0, w/ 0.5 holes

Instructions

  1. Reference face: right
  2. Run 'face front+back' on front and back faces
    1. Make sure the faces are as parallel and square as possible when facing sides
  3. Run 'face top+bottom" on top and bottom faces
    1. Use faced sides to make sure the top and bottom are square to the sides
  4. Run 'lid' on top face
  5. Separate lid from body using bandsaw
    1. Part lid at 1.25"
    2. Run 'face top' on top face
  6. Run 'stem holes' on back face
  7. Run 'drain holes' on bottom face
  8. Run 'cavity' on top face
    • (CHECK TO SEE IF TOOL 23 HAS THE CORRECT TOOL LOADED BEFORE RUNNING THIS)
  9. Run 'lid vent' on lid
