O05015: 500x1.5 hole (used only for GRFTC)

O0772: VP cavity (used only for VPFTC)

• always check the machine to make sure that the correct program is being used

T0002: 15/64 end mill, 4-flute

T0009: 1/8 drill

T0016: 1/4 end mill, 2-flute

T0018: 1/2 end mill, 2-flute

T0024: 3/16 end mill, 3-flute

Instructions

1. Reference face: left.
2. Run 'cover' on top face of 2.375 inch tall blank.
3. Separate cover from body using band saw.

   Part cover at 0.25 inch.

   Size body to 2 inch.

4. Run 'cavity' on top face of 'body'.
5. Run 'port holes' on front face of 'body'.
6. Cut slots in FTC, check the model to place them correctly.
