- Grab items from BOM.
- Mix the epoxy by using the ratio that is on the cans.
- Place a plastic sample cup on a scale and zero the scale
- Fill the cup with a small amount of A epoxy using a glass rod.
- Let the epoxy drip from the rod.
- Rotate the rod when needed to keep more epoxy from dripping.
- Clean the rod with a paper towel and IPA.
- (The rod must be completely clean.)
- Use the ratio on the can to find out how much of the B epoxy that needs to be added in.
- Mix the epoxy using the glass rod.
- Grab a test tube rack to hold the breakseal after the epoxy has been used on it.
- Apply a small amount of epoxy to the inside of one side of the bellow.
- The epoxy should not go too deep into the bellow and should create a ring that will make an air tight seal.
- Push the breakseal end into the bellow with a slight twisting motion.
- Apply epoxy to the other side of the bellow and place the the breakseal tube into it with a twisting motion.
- Place the breakseal in the test tube rack with the tube end down.
- When doing this be careful to not knock anything down and to not bump any other breakseals.
