1. To prepare the actuator frame, tap the four frame servo mounting holes with a 6-32 tap.
   1. To tap the frame start by clamping the frame end to end into a vice with the bottom facing up.
   2. Place the tool for this item on the bottom of the frame.
   3. Use a power drill and 6-32 tap to tap the holes.
2. Clean the metal shavings off before using these frames.
3. Attach to the servo.
4. Bend frame tabs by pinching the corners so that tabs open up just wider than 1.125 inch using the setup below.
5. The position of the handle to open the tabs to a certain distance will be consistent.
6. Use the other vice to squeeze the tabs closed until they reach a snug fit.
