1. Cut blanks on table saw to 1.7 inch.
2. Follow the steps inside of the coupling instructions.
3. Use the coupling drill fixture 1.00 (TL-CDF1.00) in the mill to drill a cross hole.
4. .215 inch from the top face create a .266 inch hole that goes all the way to the center of the previous hole.
5. .215 inch from the top face create a .332 inch hole that is .2 inch deep.
6. Use the threaded insert 6-32 driver (TL-TID) and turn the mill shaft by hand to drive the threaded insert 6-32 (B0026GUEN4) into the hole.
7. Insert screw 6-32 x 1/4 SS SS (92311A144).
