Actuator Controller Stack Base Creation

From Aeon HACS Wiki

Instructions

A base assembly composed by three different circuit cards
Actuator controller stack base exploded
  1. Prepare the CCA Servo Mux 8 Channel:
Place the CCA Servo Mux 8 Channel on a clean, flat surface.
Attach the 4 nylon standoffs to the four corners of the CCA Servo Mux 8 Channel. These standoffs will act as legs to elevate the card and connect it to the control section panel.
  2. Connect the CCA Device Mux Selector:
Position the CCA Device Mux Selector perpendicularly to one end of the CCA Servo Mux 8 Channel.
Align the connectors on both cards and securely attach the CCA Device Mux Selector to the CCA Servo Mux 8 Channel using the appropriate screws and connectors.
  3. Attach the CCA Actuator Controller:
Position the CCA Actuator Controller above the assembly so that it aligns perpendicularly to one end of the CCA Device Mux Selector.
Ensure that the CCA Actuator Controller is parallel to the CCA Servo Mux 8 Channel.
Securely connect the CCA Actuator Controller to the CCA Device Mux Selector using the appropriate screws and connectors.
  4. Final Check:
Verify that all components are securely attached and properly aligned.
Ensure that the connections between the circuit cards are firm and that there are no loose parts.
