Actuator Frame Bearing 4BSV Creation

  1. Follow the vice setup as indicated by the MV35 so that it will hold the actuator frame bearing. Ensure that any parallels or spring wedges are cleared of the area to be drilled.
  2. Grab an actuator frame bearing blank and place it into the setup.
  3. Run the program. Follow directions as indicated within the program.
    • It is most efficient to do the same step on multiple blanks then move onto a different step.
  4. Use the mill to drill a 0.107 hole through the center of one side. Follow the model to find the correct position.
  5. Tap the hole with a 6-32 bit.
  6. Insert a screw 6-32 x 1/4 SS SS.
