GR Bank Swing Set Creation
Appearance
Instructions

- Attach the shaft collar
- Begin by attaching a shaft collar to the GR bank hinge, positioning it on the exterior side of the hinge mount
- Ensure the shaft collar is only slightly tightened at this stage; do not fully secure it
- Insert the GR bank hinge
- Slide the GR bank hinge through the larger hole of one GR hinge mount
- Ensure the tabbed end of the hinge faces outward from the hinge mount
- Confirm that all necessary holes on the hinge mount are properly tapped and ready for assembly
- Position the acetal spacers and swings
- Using the provided model as a guide, place the acetal spacers and swings in their correct positions along the GR bank hinge
- Ensure all components are aligned according to the model
- Install the spring disk
- Place the spring disk onto the hinge, orienting it so that the concave side of the spring is facing upward
- The spring should be slightly compressed by the hinge mount, ensuring proper tension
- Attach the second hinge mount
- Slide the second GR hinge mount onto the opposite end of the GR bank hinge
- Once positioned, attach another shaft collar to the outside of the second hinge mount
- Adjust the position of the shaft collars so that the GR bank hinge extends symmetrically from both hinge mounts
- Secure to the system frame
- Attach the assembled GR bank swing set to the system frame, aligning it carefully with the existing plumbing.
- Install the swing stop bars
- Attach the swing stop bars to the middle set of holes on the top, and the front set of holes on the bottom, using the screws specified in the IDB
- Before fully tightening the bars, ensure they are correctly positioned and aligned
- Align the furnace
- Verify that the center of the furnaces aligns precisely with the furnace arm
- If necessary, adjust the bracket by bending it slightly to achieve better alignment.
- Ensure that the furnace remains properly aligned with the plumbing, and that the thermocouple (TC) cable is oriented towards the frame
