Actuator low flow valve exploded

1. Prepare Components:

   Ensure all components are clean and free of debris.

   Gather the following components: Serial Actuator and Frame, Servo Wheel Coupling Driver, Actuator Coupling 4LFV, Screw M3 x 6 PH (5.3 mm dia head), and Actuator Frame Bearing 4LFV.

2. Assemble the Actuator:

   Start with the Serial Actuator and Frame as the top component.

   Attach the Servo Wheel Coupling Driver to the Serial Actuator and Frame. Ensure it is securely fitted.

3. Install the Coupling:

   Position the Actuator Coupling 4LFV below the Servo Wheel Coupling Driver. Align it properly to ensure smooth operation.

4. Secure the Assembly:

   Insert the Screw M3 x 6 PH (5.3 mm dia head) through the Actuator Coupling 4LFV and into the Servo Wheel Coupling Driver. Tighten the screw to secure the coupling and the wheel in place.

5. Attach the Bearing:

   Place the Actuator Frame Bearing 4LFV at the bottom of the assembly. Ensure it is properly aligned and securely attached to provide stability to the entire actuator assembly.

6. Final Checks:

   Verify that all components are securely fastened and properly aligned.

   Ensure that the actuator operates smoothly without any obstructions or misalignments.
