Actuator controller stack base

The Actuator Controller Stack Base is the foundational assembly of the Actuator Controller Stack. It is composed of three distinct circuit cards that together provide the core functionality required to control multiple actuators.

Components:

  • CCA Actuator Controller: This circuit card manages the overall control and coordination of the actuators, ensuring precise and synchronized movements.
  • CCA Device Mux Selector: This card handles the selection and routing of signals to the appropriate devices, enabling efficient communication and control within the system.
  • CCA Servo Mux 8 Channel: This card provides the interface for up to eight servo channels, allowing for the control of multiple actuators through a single unit.
  • Nylon Standoff 4-40 x 1/4 Hex x 1/2 (Set of 4): These standoffs are placed on the four corners below the CCA Servo Mux 8 Channel. They act as little legs, connecting the assembly to the panel of the control section

Function:

The Actuator Controller Stack Base serves as the central hub for managing actuator control. By integrating these three circuit cards, it ensures that signals are properly routed and actuators are precisely controlled. This modular design allows for easy expansion and customization to meet the specific needs of various applications.

Applications:

The Actuator Controller Stack Base is essential in systems where multiple actuators need to be controlled simultaneously
