- Attach a shaft collar to the GR bank hinge on the outside of the hinge mount.
- Do NOT fully tighten yet, have only slightly tightened
- Take one GR hinge mount and slide the GR bank hinge through the larger hole.
- The tabbed end should be facing outward on the hinge mount.
- Make sure all required holes are tapped on the hinge mount.
- Use the model to place the acetal spacers and swings on in the correct places.
- Place the spring disk on and orient it so the concave bend of the spring is pressed up and being squished by the hinge mount.
- Place the second hinge mount on the bar.
- Tighten another shaft collar to the outside of the last hinge and try to make both sides stick out of the hinge mounts symmetrical.
- Attach to the system frame and align with plumbing.
- Attach a swing stop bar to the top (middle set of holes), and to the bottom (front set of holes) using the listed screws from the IDB.
- Before tighten the bars fully make sure that the bars are positioned well.
- Make sure that the center of the furnaces lines up with the furnace arm.
- The bracket can be bent to better aline this.
- In the end the furnace should still line up with the plumbing and the TC cable should still point towards the frame.
