- Open the serial port terminal.
- Plug the test actuator controller into a computer.
- Plug the CPW servo into the controller.
- Command g1000.
- Disconnect the servo.
- Install an LN valve stem onto the servo drive spline with the orientation mark facing the servo label.
- Install an LN valve stem collar, chamfered ID first.
- Press the collar down into contact with the servo gear cover using the collar pusher (TL-LNVSCP).
- NOTE: Do not assemble screws and servo t-nut onto valve yet, will be assembled when making LN manifold assembly.
