  1. Preparation:
Ensure all components are clean and free from debris. Use a clean cloth to wipe down all parts if necessary.
  2. Assembling the Solenoid Valve Stack:
Stack the 11 solenoid valves according to the model specifications. Ensure each valve is properly aligned and securely positioned in the stack.
  3. Attaching the Adapters:
Attach one Adapter 1/4 push x 1/8 MPT below each solenoid valve. Ensure each adapter is tightly secured to prevent any air leaks.
Attach another Adapter 1/4 push x 1/8 MPT on the side of the solenoid valve stack. Ensure this adapter is also tightly secured.
  4. Installing the Hex Socket Plug:
Attach the Hex socket plug 1/8 NPT to the other side of the solenoid valve stack. The specific location for this plug may vary according to the model specifications. Ensure the plug is securely tightened to prevent leaks.
  5. Mounting the Air Manifold:
Attach the Air manifold mount to the side of the solenoid valve stack using the two screws M4 x 8 SH SS. Ensure the mount is firmly attached and stable, as shown in the model.
  6. Connecting the Tubing:
Cut the PU clear blue tubing 250 x 156 to the required lengths.
Push the tubing into the 1/4 push adapters, ensuring a tight fit. The clear blue tubing should be securely connected to provide a leak-free connection.
  7. Wiring the Cables:
Connect the purple wire to the LED+ and the gray wire to R

Notes:

  • After completing the assembly, perform a leak test if possible. This can be done by applying a suitable leak detection solution to the connections and checking for any signs of leakage.
  • Ensure that all connections are firm and that there is no movement or play in the adapters, plug, and mount.
