Instructions
- Prepare the components
- Ensure all components are available
- Mount the principal CCA heater controller 6 channel v.C
- Place the CCA heater controller 6 channel v.C on a clean, flat workspace
- Ensure the mounting holes are aligned and ready for the next step
- Attach the CCA stack power boards
- Take the first CCA stack power board and align it on one side of the heater controller 6 channel v.C
- Ensure that the connectors and mounting holes are properly aligned
- Secure the CCA stack power board in place using the appropriate fasteners
- Repeat this process for the second CCA stack power board on the opposite side of the heater controller 6 channel v.C
- Install the nylon standoffs
- Locate the four corner mounting holes on the CCA heater controller 6 channel v.C
- Attach the nylon standoffs 4-40 x 1/4 hex x 1/2 to each of the four corners, ensuring they are securely fastened
- These standoffs will provide the necessary spacing and support for the assembly, ensuring proper alignment when installed into the system
- Final check
- Verify that all components are securely attached and properly aligned
- Ensure that all connections between the heater controller 6 channel v.C and the CCA stack power boards are tight and functioning correctly
