## The tabbed end should be facing outward on the hinge mount.
# Attach the shaft collar
## Make sure all required holes are tapped on the hinge mount.
#: Begin by attaching a shaft collar to the GR bank hinge, positioning it on the exterior side of the hinge mount
# Use the model to place the acetal spacers and swings on in the correct places.
#: Ensure the shaft collar is only slightly tightened at this stage; do not fully secure it
# Place the spring disk on and orient it so the concave bend of the spring is pressed up and being squished by the hinge mount.
# Insert the GR bank hinge
# Place the second hinge mount on the bar.
#: Slide the GR bank hinge through the larger hole of one GR hinge mount
# Tighten another shaft collar to the outside of the last hinge and try to make both sides stick out of the hinge mounts symmetrical.
#: Ensure the tabbed end of the hinge faces outward from the hinge mount
# Attach to the system frame and align with plumbing.
#: Confirm that all necessary holes on the hinge mount are properly tapped and ready for assembly
# Attach a swing stop bar to the top (middle set of holes), and to the bottom (front set of holes) using the listed screws from the IDB.
# Position the acetal spacers and swings
## Before tighten the bars fully make sure that the bars are positioned well.
#: Using the provided model as a guide, place the acetal spacers and swings in their correct positions along the GR bank hinge
# Make sure that the center of the furnaces lines up with the furnace arm.
#: Ensure all components are aligned according to the model
## The bracket can be bent to better aline this.
# Install the spring disk
## In the end the furnace should still line up with the plumbing and the TC cable should still point towards the frame.
#: Place the spring disk onto the hinge, orienting it so that the concave side of the spring is facing upward
#: The spring should be slightly compressed by the hinge mount, ensuring proper tension
# Attach the second hinge mount
#: Slide the second GR hinge mount onto the opposite end of the GR bank hinge
#: Once positioned, attach another shaft collar to the outside of the second hinge mount
#: Adjust the position of the shaft collars so that the GR bank hinge extends symmetrically from both hinge mounts
# Secure to the system frame
#: Attach the assembled GR bank swing set to the system frame, aligning it carefully with the existing plumbing.
# Install the swing stop bars
#: Attach the swing stop bars to the middle set of holes on the top, and the front set of holes on the bottom, using the screws specified in the IDB
#: Before fully tightening the bars, ensure they are correctly positioned and aligned
# Align the furnace
#: Verify that the center of the furnaces aligns precisely with the furnace arm
#: If necessary, adjust the bracket by bending it slightly to achieve better alignment.
#: Ensure that the furnace remains properly aligned with the plumbing, and that the thermocouple (TC) cable is oriented towards the frame

GR bank swing set
  1. Attach the shaft collar
Begin by attaching a shaft collar to the GR bank hinge, positioning it on the exterior side of the hinge mount
Ensure the shaft collar is only slightly tightened at this stage; do not fully secure it
  2. Insert the GR bank hinge
Slide the GR bank hinge through the larger hole of one GR hinge mount
Ensure the tabbed end of the hinge faces outward from the hinge mount
Confirm that all necessary holes on the hinge mount are properly tapped and ready for assembly
  3. Position the acetal spacers and swings
Using the provided model as a guide, place the acetal spacers and swings in their correct positions along the GR bank hinge
Ensure all components are aligned according to the model
  4. Install the spring disk
Place the spring disk onto the hinge, orienting it so that the concave side of the spring is facing upward
The spring should be slightly compressed by the hinge mount, ensuring proper tension
  5. Attach the second hinge mount
Slide the second GR hinge mount onto the opposite end of the GR bank hinge
Once positioned, attach another shaft collar to the outside of the second hinge mount
Adjust the position of the shaft collars so that the GR bank hinge extends symmetrically from both hinge mounts
  6. Secure to the system frame
Attach the assembled GR bank swing set to the system frame, aligning it carefully with the existing plumbing.
  7. Install the swing stop bars
Attach the swing stop bars to the middle set of holes on the top, and the front set of holes on the bottom, using the screws specified in the IDB
Before fully tightening the bars, ensure they are correctly positioned and aligned
  8. Align the furnace
Verify that the center of the furnaces aligns precisely with the furnace arm
If necessary, adjust the bracket by bending it slightly to achieve better alignment.
Ensure that the furnace remains properly aligned with the plumbing, and that the thermocouple (TC) cable is oriented towards the frame
